Designed for Skype
The Polycom Communicator C100S USB has been especially designed for use with Skype, so if you use the program regularly you’ll find this unit makes your life a lot easier. Firstly, throw away your headset because this product features a high quality speaker and microphone (a vast improvement on your in-built PC/Mac hardware). Fully integrated, the C100 USB lets you launch Skype, plus answer or hang up on calls, all without using your mouse. Volume control and mute buttons are also built in. (If you use Microsoft Office Communicator, check out the CX100)
The unit connects and powers via USB (included), so there are no extra cables or batteries needed. You can even use the unit as a speaker for your portable CD player or iPod.
