But that’s just the beginning. Depending on where the person is from the microphone, Automatic Gain Control technology adjusts the levels automatically for optimum sound. The unit can be hooked up to external speakers for louder amplification, allowing for use in almost any type of conference or meeting room. Plus when two SoundStation VTX1000 conference phones are used at either end of the call, the phones connect automatically in Polycom HD Voice for incredible clarity.
